BundleZone.us is operated by BundleZone Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom.
1. Digital Products
BundleZone.us sells digital products such as software license keys, product keys, activation codes, and subscriptions.
All products are delivered digitally, mainly through email. No physical DVD, USB, or other item will be shipped unless clearly mentioned on the product page.
2. Orders & Payments
Customers are responsible for checking the product, edition, device compatibility, and other requirements before placing an order.
Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout, including supported card payments through Stripe.
We may hold or cancel an order if payment cannot be verified, fraud is suspected, or incorrect information has been provided.
3. Product Delivery
Digital products are sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Customers must provide a correct and accessible email address and should also check their spam or junk folder.
Delivery may occasionally take longer because of payment verification, technical issues, or manual order checks.
4. Activation Policy
Each digital product may have its own activation deadline.
You must activate your product within the time stated on the product page or Activation Policy. If you do not activate the product within the required period, BundleZone cannot guarantee that the unused key will remain eligible for activation. Product-specific activation deadlines are also used across your existing product policies.
Customers should carefully review the activation requirements before ordering.
5. OEM Keys
If a product is described as an OEM key, it may become linked to the original device or motherboard after activation.
An OEM key may not be transferable to another computer.
The exact device limit and license type are stated on the individual product page.
6. Cancellations, Refunds & Returns
If you accidentally order the wrong product or change your mind, contact us within 1 hour of placing the order and before the digital product is delivered.
If the product has not yet been delivered, we may cancel the order and provide a full refund.
Once a digital product has been delivered, we do not accept change-of-mind returns, refunds, or exchanges, because digital keys and codes can be viewed, copied, or activated.
This does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
7. Warranty & Support
BundleZone provides a 1-year product warranty and customer support on eligible products.
If a product does not work, contact our support team. We may ask you to complete reasonable troubleshooting or provide information needed to verify the issue.
Where a valid warranty issue is confirmed, we may provide activation assistance, a replacement, or another appropriate solution.
The warranty does not cover problems caused by:
- Using the wrong product or edition
- Missing the stated activation deadline
- Using the key on more devices than allowed
- Hardware or motherboard changes affecting an OEM key
- Sharing, reselling, or misusing the product key
8. Product Information
We try to keep product descriptions, compatibility information, and prices accurate.
However, customers should always review the individual product page before purchasing.

9. Third-Party Software
Products sold on BundleZone.us may be created or operated by third-party software companies.
Use of the software may also be subject to the software publisher’s own license terms, system requirements, and policies.
BundleZone does not control changes made by third-party software publishers to their products, websites, activation systems, or services.
10. Trademarks
Product names, logos, brands, and trademarks displayed on BundleZone.us are used for identification and description purposes only.
All trademarks and registered trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Their use on BundleZone.us does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, authorization, or official partnership unless expressly stated.
